Effective date: October 28, 2026

Full Harvest Counseling (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to fullharvestcounseling.com. It does not replace the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive when you become a client, which governs your clinical records under HIPAA and Oklahoma law.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you apply for a marriage intensive, book a session, or email us, you may share your name, email, phone number, and details about your relationship or reasons for seeking help.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host and site software may record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of your visit. The site may use cookies needed for it to function and, if enabled, basic analytics.

  • Google Workspace: email
  • Hostinger and WordPress: website hosting

Please do not include detailed clinical or crisis information in website forms or email. We will collect what we need securely once we have spoken with you.
